We really complicate this when it isn't hard. What is "hard" is moving away from the concept of recipes and meal ideas and just eating FOOD. You need protein. You need fat.
You need carbohydrates. What you don;t need is fr each morsel that goes into your mouth to be a 5 star experience. Food is fuel for your day and for you life. Food is NOT your day and it is NOT your life. Get it? Your apple can just be an apple...it doesn't need to be a mini orgasm of chemical flavorings and low fat whipped topping. Your apple is fuel to...I don;t know...fuel a real orgasm or other life experience that doesn't involve calories. Your chicken leg is a source of protein to strengthen your muscles and provide amino acids for repair. It isn't a conduit for fried breading to set your brain on fire to eat more fried breading. There is no bad food, ya'll. What's "bad" is the importance we have placed on it to fill a need it was never designed to do. Get it?
